David Horwitch is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of National Apartment Partners LLC. He has owned and operated numerous real estate holdings for more than 20 years including multi-family, retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, and self-storage assets throughout the Southeast, South and Midwest regions of the United States including Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, and Indiana. He specializes in identifying strategic and value-add investment opportunities for acquisition in growth markets via risk assessment, analysis of labor and growth opportunities and rehab renovations. Mr. Horwitch has successfully managed multiple extensive renovation projects, repositions and developments. He is experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, contract negotiations, structuring complex transactions, financing, zoning, leasing and other matters. Mr. Horwitch has been a practicing Real Estate Attorney for 24 years.

David has served as the President and remains on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Real Estate Council. David graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for both undergraduate and law school.

David is married with four children and lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL.
