Brad Weiner is the Co-Founder/Managing Principal of National Apartment Partners LLC, a private equity real estate investment firm, focused on acquiring and operating strategic value-add multifamily assets in growth markets with diverse economies throughout the Southeast, South and Midwest regions of the United States including Tennessee, Texas and Illinois. Specifically, the company purchases underperforming multifamily assets at a discount, implements significant renovations to add value, and forces appreciation to maximize returns for its investors while providing residents with safe, affordable, and modern housing in key markets. Mr. Weiner is also the Co-Founder/Managing Principal of National Storage Operations LLC, investing in strategic self-storage assets in growth markets. 

 

Mr. Weiner specializes in identifying strategic and value-add investment opportunities for acquisition in growth markets via risk assessment, analysis of labor and population growth. He has successfully managed extensive renovation projects, repositions and developments. He is experienced in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, value-add strategies, complex financing, zoning, leasing and other matters.  Brad has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. Prior to co-founding National Apartment Partners LLC | National Storage Operations LLC, he was a First Vice President at the largest global commercial real estate firms where he represented international clients/investors in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, build-to-suits, lease transactions, and complex financing for industrial, multi-family, self-storage, office/flex properties, business parks, and mixed-use buildings. Brad has participated in over 600 real estate transactions valued over $1.2 Billion.
